How fast is it, really?
Live within 72 hours of receiving your content and payment. If you send everything the day you pay, you're looking at 3 days, start to finish.
What do you need from me?
Your logo (if you have one), a few photos of your work or business, the text for your pages (rough is fine — we polish it), and access to your domain. Don't have a domain yet? We'll tell you exactly where to get one for about $12/year — it stays in your name.
What if I want changes after I see it?
One full revision round is included free — send us your list of changes and we make them. Need another round after that? It's a flat $99 per round, told to you upfront.
Who hosts the site?
We'll set your site up on fast, standard hosting and hand you the keys — the site and domain are 100% yours. Hosting typically runs about $10–20/month paid directly by you to the host, so you're never locked in with us.
What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund?
If you change your mind before we start building, you get a full refund — no questions, no fees. Once your site has launched, the work is delivered and refunds aren't available. The included revision round exists so the finished site is one you're happy to put your name on.
Do you write the words for the site?
Light polish is included — send us your rough text and we'll clean it up. If you'd rather not write anything, full copywriting is a $149 add-on and we'll draft everything from a short call or email exchange.
